about: When was the last time you had the luxury to appreciate the wonderful and healthy benefits of the morning sun...the cool fresh air...the soothing green of lush tropical forests....the noise of insects.. away from the hustle bustle of modern life..join us this sunday for a hike from MacRictchie Reservoir to Bukit Timah Hill. After the hike we will have lunch and proceed to chill out at the swimming pool nearby.



What to wear Wear?
You are advised to wear loose,light clothings e.g short sleeve tee-shirts and shorts, jeans are not recommended clothings. For footwear use trainers with traction or hiking boots as you need the grip walking over loose sand and gravel.If you wise to use sports sandals like "teva" please wear socks or else may get abrasions on your foot. Carry a small daypack or better, a waistpack that can carry your change of clothing and water bottles. You are advised to not wear any cologne or perfume to avoid attracting insects :P

THINGS TO BRING:
1. Insect repellent (will be providing)
2. Spare clothes
3. Towel
4. Swim trunks
5. Water Bottles ( bring 1.5 to 2 litres each)
6. Wear Hiking boots, track shoes with suitable traction
7. Rain jacket in case
8. Sunglasses
9. Hat or Cap

You may want to park your vehicle at the carpark at the foot of bukit timah hill then take public bus to MacRitchie.

Directions:
Travelling from the city, follow the direction of Upper Bukit Timah Road towards Woodlands, turn right at the pedestrian bridge near Courts (S) Pte Ltd into Hindhede Drive (do not take the right turn immediately after Bukit Timah Shopping Centre). Follow Hindhede Drive until the end of the road where parking is available at the foothill of the Reserve.
